Bleu Cheeseburger Sliders

Bleu Cheeseburger Sliders

Warning……this recipe is for bleu cheese lovers! The ground beef patties have bleu cheese mixed inside before cooking. You will get a piece of bleu cheese in every bite. Burgers must be juicy in my opinion, a dry burger is a no no. Adding the bleu cheese in the patty makes the burgers extra juicy. Trust me, you will see the juiciness once you start cooking. If you are not a fan of ground beef, this recipe works with ground turkey or ground chicken. For this recipe, add 1lb of ground beef to a bowl.

Add bleu cheese crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning and worcestershire sauce to the ground beef. Mix well……your hand will be messy after this.

This recipe is for sliders but you could also make large size burgers. To measure the size of the patties, I use an ice cream scoop. Fill up the ice cream scoop with the beef mixture. Put the mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball.

Flatten the mixture and form a mini patty.

Add 1 tsp of oil to a griddle pan. Cook each patty on the griddle pan 3-5 minutes on each side. The bleu cheese is going to melt through the patty. That is going to add extra juiciness to the sliders.
