Air-Fried Cheesesteak Pizza
Air-Fried Cheesesteak Pizza
Yes, you heard that correctly AIR-FRIED cheesesteak pizza!!!! This pizza was cooked in the new Typhur Dome 2 Air-Fryer! This is hands down the best air-fryer I have ever used! Head over to www.typhur.com and use code ISDINNERRDY to get 10% off! What makes this air-fryer so unique is that it cooks from the top and the bottom and has 360 degree heating technology. You can cook anything in this air-fryer! I knew that I had to make a pizza with it to really see how it cooks. It did not disappoint! Add 1 tbsp of oil to a pan. Once the oil is hot, add 1 lb of thinly sliced ribeye and season with 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning and 1 tsp of garlic salt.
Cook until the steak is done and set aside.
In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp of butter. Once the butter has melted, add 1 cup of heavy cream and 1 5.3 oz block of Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese and stir well.
Cook for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken and is smooth and creamy. Once it has thickened, season with salt & pepper (to taste) and set aside.
Add 1 can of pizza dough to the air-fryer basket and stretch to the desired shape.
Spread the parmesan cream sauce to the bottom layer of the pizza crust. Reserve some of the sauce and set aside.
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and the cooked steak. Top with sliced onion, green bell pepper and shredded pepper jack cheese.
Add the basket to the air-fryer and hit the “pizza” setting and hit start. The air-fryer will cook the pizza for 14 minutes at 340 degrees.
Halfway through the cooking process, open the air fryer and drizzle the remainder of the parmesan cream sauce on top.
Add it back to the air-fryer and finish cooking.
Once its done, remove from the air-fryer and serve with a salad and breadsticks for a complete meal. Serve and ENJOY!
