Mango Pepper Wings
Mango Pepper Wings
I was in the grocery store the other day and ran across this Mango Pepper seasoning by Badia and I knew I had to try this! Whenever I tasted it, I knew I had to make a wing sauce out of this seasoning. It’s similar to a lemon pepper seasoning but with a hint of fruitiness. Its so delicious! Im definitely going to use this on a piece of salmon. Since I wanted to get dinner on the table fast, I decided to cook the wings in an air-fryer. Feel free to cook them in the oven or in a fryer. Cut and clean 2 lbs of chicken wings and season with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp of baking powder, 2 tbsp of Badia Mango Pepper Seasoning, 2 tbsp garlic salt, 2 tbsp paprika and 2 tbsp onion powder. Make sure the chicken is fully seasoned.
Line the wings in the air fryer basket. I am using my Typhur Dome 2 Air-Fryer and it has a large basket that fit 24-28 wings at one time.
Set the Tyhpur Dome 2 to the “wing” function which is set for 395 degrees and cook for 25-30 minutes. Since this air fryer cooks from the top and bottom, there is no need to flip the wings.
While the wings are cookings, add 1 1/2 tbsp of butter to a saucepan. Once the butter has melted, add 1/4 cup of sweet chili sauce and 1 tbsp of Mango Pepper Seasoning and stir well. Cook 1-2 minutes or until all of the ingredients are mixed in together and set aside.
Once the wings are fully cooked, remove them from the air-fryer.
Add the cooked wings to a bowl and pour the sauce onto the wings and toss well. Make sure the wings are fully coated in the sauce.
Sprinkle some extra Mango Pepper Seasoning on top and serve with veggie sticks and fries for a complete meal. Serve and ENJOY!
