Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
This is another great air fryer recipe! It’s easy, quick and delicious!!! Anytime I go to a fast food restaurant and they have potato wedges, I have to order them. They are thicker french fries with more flavor. Adding garlic and parmesan make these even better! Wash and cut 2 large russet potatoes in wedges.
Add them to a bowl and pat dry with a paper towel. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan, 1 tbsp grated parmesan, 1 tbsp garlic salt and t tsp paprika. Make sure the wedges are evenly coated.
Add 5-8 wedges to the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for 20 minutes or until the wedges are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Remove and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. ENJOY!
