Season the steaks with 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp cajun seasoning and 1 tsp of paprika.

In a bowl, add 2 cups of buttermilk, 1 beaten egg and 3-4 dashes of hot sauce. Add the cube steaks to the buttermilk. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a separate dish, add 4 cups of all purpose flour. Season the flour with 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning and 1 tbsp of paprika.

Add the steaks to the flour. Make sure each steak is fully coated. Repeat two times for each steak so that it has a thick breading.

In a cast iron skillet, add 3 cups of vegetable oil. Once the oil has reached a temperature of 350 degrees, add the steaks. Cook 5-7 minutes per side or until each steak is fully cooked and golden brown.

Once the steaks are fully cooked, set them aside on a baking rack to drain any excess oil.

To make the cream gravy, add 1 tbsp of the frying oil and 1 tbsp of flour to a sauce pan.

Whisk the flour into the oil until it turns a slight light brown color.

Whisk in 1 cup of whole milk.
