Lobster Tails

In our house, we love seafood. We eat seafood at least once a week, it’s a must in our home. Whenever I made this recipe, I only made 2 lobster tails, one for myself and the other for my husband, so I thought. My daughter ate an entire lobster tail by herself. She really loves seafood. I know lobster tails can be on the pricey side, but you can always find a good deal on them at your local grocery store. We usually eat these on special occasions. First step is to butterfly your lobster tail. Grab a pair of cooking shears and cut between the lobster meat and the tail.

Cut a straight line until you get to the end of the tail. Take the shell and spread it apart. Pull the loose lobster meat on top of the shell and voila! You have butterflied a lobster tail.
