Air-Fried Lobster tails
Air-Fried Lobster Tails
I received the BEST air-fryer I have ever used from Typhur Companies and I knew I had to put it to use! Since Father’s Day is coming up and I know the Hubby wants seafood, I decided to make lobster tails in the air fryer!!!! This is officially my new way of cooking lobster tails. It only took 10 minutes!!! The savory butter sauce really takes it over the top!!! Start by butterflying 4 lobster tails. Butterflying is cutting through the hard shell of the lobster lengthwise to remove the meat and place it on top of the shell. It is a lot easier than it sounds :)
In pot, add 1 stick of butter, 1 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp onion powder, 3 dashes of hot sauce, 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce and juice of 1/2 small lemon and stir well.
Reserve 1/2 of the butter sauce and set aside.
Brush the remaining butter sauce on top of he lobster tails.
Cook the lobster tails at 380 degrees for 10-12 minutes in the air fryer.
Brush the reserved butter sauce on top of each lobster tail. Serve with mashed potatoes and asparagus for a complete meal. Serve and ENJOY!
