Salmon Caesar Salad
Salmon Caesar Salad
Caesar salad is my favorite salad. Anytime there’s a good Caesar salad on the menu, I will order it, if I’m in the mood for salad :) I love the salty and briny flavors that Caesar dressing has which makes it go well with any protein. You can add chicken, seafood or steak with it. For this recipe, I used a store-bought Caesar dressing, but feel free to make your own. For the salmon, rub 1 tbsp of olive oil on 2 6 oz pieces of salmon. Season each piece with 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp of lemon pepper seasoning and 1/2 tsp of dried parsley flakes. Make sure they are fully coated in seasoning.
Add the pieces of salmon to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
While the salmon is cooking, wash and cut 2 heads of Romaine lettuce.
In a bowl, add the chopped lettuce, 1/3 cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp of capers, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp of garlic salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 cup croutons and 1/3 cup of Caesar dressing and toss well.
Serve the salad on a plate. Remove the salmon from the air fryer and place on top of the salad.
Garnish with dried parsley flakes and more parmesan cheese. Serve and ENJOY!
